Research that never returns to practice is only half the work. We build to carry formalized knowledge back into tools, and to be honest about what exists today and what is still being written.
Where the work is
We are pre-product by design, not by accident. The patterns and methodology come first; software follows once a pattern has earned it by surviving contact with a real system. That sequencing is the point: it keeps the building honest and the research grounded.
So there is no demo to oversell here and no roadmap to promise. What there is: an applied research practice where we pressure-test ideas like Jurisdiction-as-Data in working systems rather than leaving them as diagrams on a slide.

One system carries our research today. We name it here not as a product pitch but as the place the patterns get tested.
Aszora
Multi-client real-estate transaction platform · early-stage proof of concept
Aszora is a multi-client platform for real-estate transactions, connecting buyers, sellers, and the professionals who serve them through compliant, well-structured workflows. The domain is a demanding one: a regulated, document-mediated handoff across many organizations, governed by rules that differ from one jurisdiction to the next. That makes it a well-suited setting in which to apply and evaluate the regulated-domain pattern language, and Jurisdiction-as-Data in particular, against the requirements of a working system.
The effort is deliberately early and research-driven. We treat Aszora as a proof of concept rather than a product to be sold ahead of the ideas: the patterns that hold up under the demands of a real transaction are kept and formalized, and those that do not are revised. When the work is ready to stand on its own terms, we will present it here.
Why building lives here
Most studios separate the lab from the product: research in one building, engineering in another, knowledge leaking out of both. We are structured so the two are the same loop. A pattern earns its place by surviving a real system; a system earns trust by being explainable in terms the field can review.
When there is a product worth showing, we will show it here, on its own terms. Until then, this page states the intent plainly: the research is meant to be built, and building it back into practice is not an afterthought; it is the second half of the reason we exist.
